Ebony Lewis Consultation
Ebony Lewis Art Consultation is a one stop shop for art project coordination, offering a multitude of services. While the services we afford are plentiful, the greatest three of them are project management, artist mentorship, and coordination of student engagement of community and public art projects.
Project Management
• Manages projects by developing plans schedule and communications for the execution of creative assets
• Manage projects, work plans, product, process design, implementation and change management communications
• Coordinate with stakeholders keeping them informed and up-to-date
• Assist with seeking out freelancers, artists, and external creative personnel
Artist Mentorship
• Guide active student centered participation
• Liaison for updates regarding project timeline and artist development (as well as student engagement, if applicable)
• Prepare and maintain an active calendar for students to follow throughout project
• Contribute to the development of strategic goals that align with the initiatives of your organization.
Student Engagement Coordination
• Support partial aspects of student and artist interaction
• Promote a student-centered environment with a focus on student leadership and development
• Develop collaborative relationships with students, and partners
• Prepare and maintain an active calendar for students to follow throughout project
• Create tailored curriculum that aligns with project and outcomes
